Are you a natural hacker? Loggly is an early stage startup based in San Francisco, California and is funded by True and Trinity Ventures. We are looking to hire a few smart individuals to help us solve a problem that has plagued mankind since the beginning of time: how to manage tons of pesky log files coming out of oodles of cloud based servers.

What Matters

In general, we’ve found people will work hard on something if they believe in it enough and have a good support system. Past working hard and being good at what you do, we look for a few other key things in a person:

Effectively communicating what you know to people who don’t
Friendly, reliable, and trustworthy, but not necessarily in that order
Involved with developing or writing about cool relevant technology
Conquered large scale log file management in a previous lifetime
